Birkenhead Park is the proud host of Race For Life. Events include:
- Wirral 3k and 5k 2024
- Wirral Pretty Muddy Kids 2024
- Wirral Pretty Muddy 5k 2024
The Wirral 3k and 5k Race for Life is hosted in Birkenhead Park on Sunday 19th May 2024. The race starts at 11:00 am and all ticketing and additional fundraising goes towards life-saving cancer research. racers have the option to choose their distance of 3k or 5k to suit their skill level. The 5K race route tours across the beautiful landscapes of the park on predominantly flat footpaths and some grassed areas.
Birkenhead Park welcomes you to participate as an individual or as a group to raise money for this incredible cause. Whether you are walking, jogging, or running, we are racing together to power vital cancer research.
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the start time so that you are prepared and ready to race on time.
Pretty Muddy Race.
Alongside the Wirral 5k Race, the Pretty Muddy Race also joins Birkenhead Park on Sunday 19th May 2024. The Pretty Muddy Race starts at 1:30 pm and all ticketing and additional fundraising goes towards life-saving cancer research. The race route travels across 5k and on predominantly flat ground with some grassed areas amongst the obstacles. The event is available for adults and kids (12:30 pm race) so that all can take part to aid Cancer Research development.
Take the chance to get muddy for life-saving cancer research. Participate as an individual or as a group to raise funding to raise the funding needed for Cancer Research UK’s biggest breakthroughs.
