Movement and Bloom is all about local people and bringing local people together! Our FREE buggy walks and social meet ups are a great way to keep active outdoors, both while you’re pregnant and with your new baby, and meet other local mums. Modern busy lifestyles (especially with a new baby in the family) can make people feel like they just don’t have the time to exercise, but the good news is that you don’t have to venture far from home or spend lots of money to get fitter and improve your health. Movement and Bloom buggy walks are held in local areas in a relaxed, sociable, informal atmosphere and its a lovely way to bond with your baby and have some fun together!
